Is the exchange rate on the site the bank rate
No. The estimator prints each route in CNY and USD at a fixed internal divisor: 200.72 / 33.59 = 5.9756 CNY per USD on 2026-10-10. Whatever gap exists between that divisor and the bank rate on your top-up day is part of your real cost; compare before you top up.
